On May 25, with the successful completion of the installation and commissioning of cymbals desiccating unit with high performance all-welded runner, cymbals Technology successfully constructed a laboratory project of drying room for a multinational material enterprise.
Environmental control requirements for the laboratory of the battery drying room of this project: temperature 23±1℃, dew point ≤-50℃, cleanliness class 100,000. According to the characteristics of the project, cymbal special all-welded low-dew point runner dehumidifier unit -- outdoor unit is adopted. The equipment adopts all-welded structure with good sealing, ensuring that it can meet the requirements of production process and effectively reduce the operation energy consumption. At the same time, as the equipment is placed outside, the overall top of the equipment is equipped with rainproof device. For example, the fresh air inlet USES rainproof plate + protective screen plate, the electric box USES internal and external doors with better protection level, and the regeneration system USES rainproof box structure to better protect the rainproof performance of the internal parts of the regeneration system of the unit. The probe detection hole is also added in the cold section of the equipment surface, and the actual operating technical parameters such as temperature, humidity, air volume and wind speed can also be detected during the operation of the equipment. The unit can run continuously for a long time without wearing parts that need to be replaced frequently. The operation and maintenance are simple and the reliability is high.
