The PD-C series dehumidifier can satisfy control requirements on temperature and humidity, and is configured based on specific requirements.
2. Advanced equipment structure, high operation efficiency.
Aluminum section assembling form shall be adopted for external structure of the equipment, the box panel is made of stainless steel and with polyurethane foaming process, specially designed structure details prevents system air leaking and ensures process requirements and lower energy waste. The interior structure material of the equipment shall be selected and shall be in conformity with process requirements in production.
3. Flexible equipment configurations to control temperature, humidity, purification and other requirements..
The PD-C series provide the function requirements and configurations flexibly:
(1) : Configure front and rear treatment functions of the rotary dehumidification or air treatment sections required;
(2) : The supporting cooling source can be the processing process with direct or indirect refrigerant;
(3) : Complete dehumidification or constant humidity and temperature equipment is use for integrated automatic control;
(4) : Non-standard tailoring can be properly adjusted subject to conditions;
(5) : The supporting facilities provide workshops and supporting facilities satisfying production requirements.
4. Low operation costs, save energy consumption.
The heating required for regeneration is supplied in form of electric heating, or in form of steam or natural direct combustion, which is subject to the user’s specific conditions. The PC-D series is added with energy recycling module to make lower operation costs for users.
1:It is used to control air dehumidification under various temperature conditions, in particular to use under constant temperature and humidity conditions according to process requirements.
2:The complete machine is composed of dehumidifying rotary wheel, blower, air filter, regeneration heater with temperature adjustment, and controls refrigeration, heating, sterilizing and dehumidification of temperature control, the electrical control system of centralized control, the machine enclosure is composed of stainless steel panel and foaming thermal insulation, and material of interior structure is selected based on needs.
3:It is connected with standard pipeline system, power, and sensor and control out of the machine.
4:Normal thickness of the rotary wheel is 200mm, low resistance, relatively low energy consumption of the treating blower.
5:Filters of various efficiency are provided, and filter pressure difference alarm device is installed.
6:The regeneration blower shall be of high-quality blower, resisting high-temperature and corrosion.
7:The rotary wheel driving and sealing systems are imported, stable and reliable performance.
8:Stepless adjustment is adopted for regeneration heating, stable operation, precise control and saving operation costs.
9:Perfect electrical and control systems are used, reliable and convenient operation and easy maintenance. HMI interface on the touch screen, visual operation and data acquisition.
Air purifying and filtering section: adopt preliminary effects, medium and efficient air filters according to purification standards and requirements.
Front surface cooling/front pre-heating section: in terms of temperature lowering, dehumidification or temperature increasing and the pretreatment with the air-conditioning system, refrigeration water or direct expansion refrigeration system. The front cooling design falls within the scope of dew point 5℃-16℃; and the pre-heating section can be in forms of hot water, steam or electric heating.
The rotary dehumidification section includes:
(1) Adsorbing silicon rubber rotary wheel and frame (2) Rotary wheel driving system (3) Rotary wheel sealing system (4) Regeneration blower (5) Regeneration heater (6) Regeneration air valve and regeneration filter;
Treated air blower section: configure the blower in accordance with air delivery volume and remaining pressure requirements of the system;
Rear surface cooling/rear heating section: as for temperature control of the air-conditioning system, the refrigeration water or expansion refrigeration system can be used. The rear heating section can be in form of heating water, steam or electric heating;
Other functional sections: sterilization functions and air humidification functions etc. are added in accordance with use requirements;
Bypass function sections: when the system is only designed with partial air dehumidified and dried, and the remaining air bypassed, external bypass pipe is not connected to the outside, and bypass pipe is installed below the dehumidification section, and air valve is installed for adjustment. The adjustment air valve is automatically controlled within the range of 0~100%;
Steel structure base: specially-fabricated foundation is not required for equipment installation, and equipment mobilization, installation and assembling are convenient..
Scope Of Application
1. Processing flow and production process with strict requirements on temperature and humidity.
Examples: coating treatment of automobiles and ships, production of chemicals, candy, chocolates and other foods, manufacturing of sandwich glasses, inductive film, lithium battery, optical disc and electronic products, production of milk powder and other products, and the gas conveyance process.
2. Storage of articles sensitive to temperature and humidity.
Examples: museum, archives, wood, foods, military equipment, ammunition, electronic products, foods warehouse, seed bank, gene pool and ship etc.
3. Scientific research laboratory, especially biological, space and aviation and electronic laboratory engaging in high-technology.
Examples: in the experimenting, the environment conditions shall be stimulated, and stricter requirements are proposed on air humidity.
4. Other buildings easily producing massive moisture.
such as indoor pool, large fresh marketplace and ice yard, to avoid damage to building structure and facilities by moisture and minimize operation energy consumption, keep these sites under comfortable environment by controlling air humidity and temperature.
