July 19, Shanghai national anthem exhibition hall project of the development of four wheel dehumidification units successfully installed. This project is the first time that bermut provides a total dehumidification solution for a non-profit organization.
Considering both service quality and operation economy, we should not only solve the problem of cultural relic protection and humidity comfort in storeroom and exhibition hall, but also reduce energy consumption, energy conservation and environmental protection. Dehumidification system of project warehouse, temperature control requirements: temperature 26±2℃, humidity requirements of 30%~60%. The dehumidification equipment adopts the assembled form of aluminum profile, and the panel of the box adopts color steel plate and polyurethane foaming process. The specially designed structural details and excellent sealing performance ensure to meet the production process requirements. The cooling source of the equipment adopts evaporation system, the heat source USES condensation heat recovery to preheat the regenerative wind, and in addition, the distribution heating auxiliary heating, which can effectively reduce the energy consumption of operation. The equipment adopts an economical and efficient way to deal with outdoor humid air, and can work with the existing air conditioning system of the user, control the fresh air humidity in a certain range, and automatically adjust the operation according to the indoor and outdoor humidity changes. Some or all of the condensers of the refrigeration system are installed in the regenerative heating air inlet part of the rotary wheel, which can recover the condensate and exhaust heat generated in the refrigeration process, and serve as the energy of regenerative wind heating, so as to achieve the goal of truly reducing energy consumption and environmental protection.
